We help you make a safe purchase online
It should feel safe to shop online at Efva Attling. If you feel unsure, Customer Care will guide you through your purchase to make it as smooth and easy for you as possible. Here you can read all about our purchase and shipping information

How long is the delivery time?
We aim to send your order within 5 working days. How long it then takes before you receive your order depends on which delivery method you choose. As soon as your order has been received by your chosen forwarding agent, you can follow your order and get an estimated delivery date.

Call to make your order – pick up outside
You are welcome to call one of our concept stores and place an order. Prepare your purchase with Klarna In-store and our staff will prepare your order. You can then choose to pick up your order inside or outside of the store, or get it home delivered.

Pick up your web order outside your nearest concept store
Avoid the crowding at the parcel agents and choose the delivery method “collect in store” when you shop via our website. You will be contacted by our concept store where you decide if you want to come into the store or pick up your order outside the store. When you are ready to pick up your order, just call the store and they will come out with your order.

Shop from home via Facetime

We offer another safe way for you to shop with us, an alternative that almost feels like a regular visit to our stores. You now have the opportunity to call us from home and get help via Facetime from our staff. Get inspiration, help to find the right ring size or the perfect gift.

Finding the right size
To find the perfect size before investing in a piece of jewellery is important, at least when it comes to buying a ring. We recommend using our size guide, which is printable so you can find the correct size. Find out more about how to find the right ring size here. Don't hesitate to contact Customer Care if you want assistance.

Made to order
Some of our jewellery are not in stock, they are made to order. These pieces are for example some wedding rings, cocktail rings and silver pieces. These orders are placed as normal, the only difference is that the delivery time is extended where the preliminary shipping date is stated before you order.

Engrave your gift
To make jewellery more personal we offer engraving. Engraved jewellery is often a beloved gift that adds that little extra. To order engraving, you are welcome to visit your nearest concept store.
