  2. Size guide: rings

To find the perfect ring size there are a few things to consider:

  • Avoid measuring your finger when it’s chilly. Your fingers become thinner when it’s cold.
  • Always measure your finger in the evening, that is when your finger has it’s full size.
  • A wide ring requires a bigger size than a thin ring.
  • Be meticulous when measuring, just one millimeter either way equals one ring size.
  • Don’t forget that the ring has to slide over your knuckle as well.

How to measure:

Use our size guide
Select a ring that fits the finger you intend to wear your ring on. NOTE: remember to use a similar ring model, to the one you want to buy. Different ring models can fit differently on the finger, even if the size is the same. A wide ring often requires a larger size, while you may instead need to go for a smaller size if the ring has an open shank (for example, Balls Ring). Print our size guides here, and compare the ring’s inner diameter with the circles in the guide. When you see the black line right next to the inside of the ring, you have found your ring size.

Use a ruler
Select a ring that fits the finger you intend to wear your ring on. NOTE: remember to use a similar ring model, to the one you want to buy. Different rings can fit differently on the finger, even if the size is the same. A wide ring often requires a larger size, while you may instead need to go for a smaller size if the ring has an open shank (for example, Balls Ring). Measure the inner diameter of your ring in millimeters (mm) using a ruler. The measured total number of millimeters is your size. Make sure you measure from inner edge to inner edge of the ring.
